Financial literacy is not just about making wise choices with your own money, it is about spreading the knowledge you have to help others make wise choices too!

 

As a volunteer you get to work directly in classrooms (or in virtual classrooms for online workshops/classes) with educators and students. You get to share your knowledge of financial literacy with others by teaching students, playing and creating interactive games,  designing free resources, lesson plans, educational content, and much much more.

As a chapter leader you get to make an impact in your very own school community. We want to make financial literacy accessible to all students no matter their school, geographic location, or socioeconomic status. As a chapter leader we hope that you empower young minds to build confidence in handling money so that they can carry the lessons and skills that they learned throughout adulthood. However, how you choose to achieve this is up to you! Whether you decide to host interactive workshops, game sessions, start a volunteer group at your own school, or even if you have your own idea about how you can teach financial literacy to students in your own community we would love to hear about it!
